Images are uploaded after completing the checkout process on the Invoice screen. You will find a link at the top and bottom of the Invoice page to upload your images.
WHY ARE IMAGES UPLOADED AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED?
Most printers force you to upload your images first so you are "committed" to the order and are less likely to leave the site when you find out their prices are too expensive or the service is poor. At Atom Prints you can see everything upfront, make sure the order is successful and then upload your artwork. And don't worry - we NEVER charge your credit card until your artwork is approved for production.
So order from work and upload at home, buy prints on sale and upload when your artwork is ready, or upload as soon as your order is complete - Uploading after your order is complete gives you the most flexibility and convenience.
The maximum allowable file size for upload is 250mb. If your image is larger than 250mb please contact our office for instructions to complete your large image upload. Acceptable file formats are jpg, jpeg, tiff, tif, bmp, gif, png, psd, ai, eps, pdf.
