RULE #1 – We want you to be 100% happy with your order.

Now, let’s keep this simple…

DEFECTIVE PRINTS

If you receive a defective or damaged print, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery of your order and will replace the defective item(s) at no cost to you (see Rule #1).

Please Note: While we are dedicated to Rule #1, we are unable to replace a print if the issue is a direct result of the file submitted with your order. Please do not steal work of other artists from the internet. We will not print unauthorized reproductions and are not responsible for any quality issues resulting from images downloaded without the authorization of the original artist.

That being acknowledged, we will always replace items with issues resulting from materials and/or workmanship. If you have any concerns please contact us (again, see Rule #1).

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your order is damaged in transit we will replace the order and process any shipper damage claims. We ask that you provide digital photographs that clearly show the damage to the packaging and contents within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the order upon receipt the photographic verification of damage.

In certain instances, the shipping agent may request to visually inspect the damaged packaging and contents. Please be sure to retain the items and its packaging until you are notified that the materials are no longer needed. Failure to provide the damaged items for inspection upon request constitutes your agreement to reimburse Atom Prints for any provided replacement items and shipping costs incurred as part of the replacement.

IMPORTANT - Due to changing policies by all carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx), lost or damaged packages will need to be processed through the claim system of the carrier before replacement and can in some circumstances delay replacement.

CONTENT

We reserve the right to refuse service for content that Atom Prints Fine Printing determine to be objectionable. We will notify you if we find an issue with the content of your order. To put it simply: Please keep things tasteful. We maintain equal respect for our staff and your artwork.

DAMAGE TO ORIGINAL CONTENT

We take every precaution to protect your original content – negatives, prints, painting, etc. – but occasionally, accidents happen. Submission of your original content constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that Atom Prints Fine Printing or our agents will be held harmless for any loss or damage – even if through negligence. It is understood that original works cannot be replaced and the no financial compensation will be provided.

CANCELLATION

Cancelled orders will receive a full refund via a store credit. Due to our ultrafast processing speed and fees imposed by credit card processors, we are unable to issue a refund for any cancelled order. A store credit will be issued for any approved cancellation. Store credits do not expire and can be used for any future print order purchase at www.atomprints.com Store credits will be issued via email with a unique code. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain access to this code. Store credits cannot be reissued, recreated or reprocessed. The store credit has no cash value.

You may submit artwork to our website for printing. By submitting artwork, you warrant that you are the creator of the artwork or have the right to submit the artwork and that the artwork does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Payment and Pricing

We accept payment by credit card or other payment methods we may make available. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your order to the address you provide. We are not responsible for any delays or other problems caused by incorrect shipping information or carrier related delays. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for any delays or other problems caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Refunds and Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a resolution. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on our website or the content of any third-party websites linked to our website. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website or the purchase of any products from our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Bastrop, TX.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
